As each item is handmade to order, please allow this processing time before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at gigglypix2025@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the issue. 

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
